These terms apply when you use mahjongstudio.in or buy from Mahjong Studio. Mahjong Studio is run by DVDP Enterprises (GSTIN 07ABAFD1083D1ZY), Basement, B-7 Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi 110048. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or acrylic pieces can vary a little from set to set. Sizes are given on each product page.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. You can pay online through the payment options shown at checkout, or by cash on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock, if there's a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.
4. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Using this website
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. The photos, text, designs and logo on this site belong to Mahjong Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
6. Your information
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
7. Our liability
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in New Delhi.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
