Refund policy

We want you to love your set. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds and cancellations work at Mahjong Studio.

Returns

You can return an item within 48 hours of delivery if it is unopened, in its original packaging and undamaged. To start a return, write to us at info@mahjongstudio.in or WhatsApp us on +91 98187 69632 with your order number. We'll arrange the pickup, and we pay for return shipping.

Items that have been opened or used can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need proof of the damage, such as photos or an unboxing video, so please keep the packaging until we've sorted it out. We'll collect the item at no cost to you and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 7 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we'll refund you by bank transfer or UPI to an account you give us.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by writing to us at info@mahjongstudio.in or on WhatsApp. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll refund it in full. If it has already been dispatched, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
